Terms of Service

1. Service description

SuiviBourse is an online stock portfolio tracking tool for individual investors. It allows you to track your investments, calculate gains and losses, generate tax reports and visualize your portfolio performance.

The service is available as a free version (basic features) and a Premium version (advanced features, subject to paid subscription).

2. No financial advice

SuiviBourse is not an investment advisor. The service is a tracking and calculation tool. The information displayed (prices, gains, projections, tax reports) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• Investment or financial placement advice
• A buy or sell recommendation
• Tax or legal advice

Tax calculations are based on current French regulations (PFU, social contributions) and are provided for informational purposes. They do not substitute the advice of a professional accountant or tax advisor.

3. Registration and user account

Registration only requires a valid email address. No other personal information is requested. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

By creating an account, the user accepts these terms of service and the privacy policy.

4. User-entered data

The user voluntarily enters their investment data (transactions, dividends, accounts). The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered. SuiviBourse does not verify and cannot verify the accuracy of user-entered data.

5. Prices and market data

Stock prices and market data are provided by third-party sources (Yahoo Finance, Frankfurter for exchange rates, Financial Modeling Prep and EODHD for instrument identifiers and reference data such as ISIN and sector). This data may be delayed (typically 15 minutes) or contain inaccuracies. SuiviBourse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this data.

6. Service availability

SuiviBourse strives to keep the service accessible at all times but does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or in case of force majeure.

7. Limitation of liability

SuiviBourse cannot be held liable for:

• Investment decisions made by the user
• Errors in prices or market data provided by third parties
• Direct or indirect financial losses
• Errors in tax calculations (calculations are indicative)
• Temporary unavailability of the service

8. Intellectual property

All elements composing the service (interface, code, design, text) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription is managed via Stripe. The terms are as follows:

• The subscription is annual with automatic renewal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• After cancellation, the account automatically reverts to the free version
• No refund is provided for the current period
• Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French CGI (VAT exemption)

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access to the Premium service upon subscription, you agree that its performance begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and you waive that right once the service is fully provided.

Renewal (Chatel law): you are informed by email, at the latest one month before the annual renewal date, of your option not to renew the subscription.

10. Account closure

The user can close their account at any time from the Settings page. Closure results in the immediate and irreversible deletion of all data associated with the account. The user can request their data before closure.

If a Premium subscription is active, it is automatically cancelled upon account closure.

11. Changes to terms

SuiviBourse reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes via a banner in the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
